SHARON MAHER, MANAGING PARTNER
Sharon is an experienced business operations consultant, client advisor and executive coach in strategic change environments. With over 20 years of technical operations experience, she helps to create results that increase leadership success while attaining specific business performance goals. She works with individuals and with teams. Sharon has led enterprise wide change programs that required significant culture shifts. She has a track record of success implementing executive development and coaching programs to accomplish defined business targets.
Sharon is a Sloan Fellow, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, with a MS Business Management, and a BA Psychology (San Francisco State University). She is an International Coaching Federation credentialed Executive Coach specializing in leadership development, culture change and team performance.
PHILIP RISKEN, COLLEAGUE
Philip possesses nearly 30 years of Telecommunications Technical/IT/Public Safety Consulting and Executive (VP) level wireless carrier experience in all disciplines of Engineering, Operations and Deployment. Philip is highly skilled in delivering results, and uses continuous improvement models for customer experience, product quality, fiscal discipline, and "speed to market" by implementing process consistency and technology to support automation. Phil’s effectiveness incorporates vision/goal setting, measured results, team organizational structure improvements, values based leadership, servant leadership, and team culture change through collaboration and trust.
Philip is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE), State of California, with a BS Civil Engineering (University of California, Davis). He has a Maximum Impact Leadership Development credential, University of Maryland, Robert H Smith School of Business. Philip is a CPUC selected member of the Board of Expert Advisors for the California Emerging Technology Fund (broadband technologies for the underserved and un-served).
